Thanks for the idea about putting olive oil on cooked vegetables. I`ve never thought about that but it`s a great way to incorporate some good fat into your diet.

		<description>My wife is a big fan of olive oil. In fact, she puts olive on hot vegetables too as a dressing. It seems to be a Brazilian thing. The only salad dressing we ever have at home is olive oil with a little salt and pepper, and I really have grown to appreciate this. The thicker sauces tend to overpower the taste of the vegetables and salad items.</description>

You aren’t required to do a physical assessment to join. However you are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness form. There are specific health questions. If anything becomes an area of concern we recommend a PAR Med form be completed by your doctor. We do have some fitness coaching programs that may include a fitness assessment. However, it’s not mandatory.
