What is your couple membership rate if both memberships were paid in full at the time of sign-up? Thank you!

    • robin says:

The 1 year paid in full membership would be 400 each plus hst. It’s a savings of 25 on each membership.
Come and check us out sometime. We’re in the process of building a small crossfit studio and adding some equipment.
      Thanks
      Robin

  2. Meghan says:

Hi, I was wondering if the 7 day trial allows access to the group fitness classes? I’d like to try them out too in addition to the gym.

    • robin says:

      Hi Meghan,

Thanks for your inquiry. The answer is yes. You can attend any of our scheduled group fitness classes during your one week free trial. The only restrictions within the free week are that your access is during our supervised hours, thus not 24 hour access. We have staff here M-F from 6am until 830pm and weekends from 8am to 1pm. Tanning is included in our memberships but not during the free week.

      Hope to see you soon!

  3. Kelly says:

Are you offering a summer membership for students? If so, how much is it?

    • robin says:

      Hi Kelly,

Thanks for your inquiry. Yes we are offering a student membership for the summer. It’s $129.00 and valid from the date of purchase until Labour Day. You will have 24hr access to the facility along with all of our fitness classes and tanning too.

There is a link to the summer special on the side bar of the site. You can scroll down to see it there.

  4. Rob says:

Is there any promotion or deal for 2-4 months of membership for a student? And 24 hours access to the gym 7 days a week?

    • robin says:

      Hi there Rob,
Right now we have a 2 month deal for 90.00 that includes 24 hour access as long as you’re over 16.
You can do our monthly plan for 40 per month plus the 15.00 one time set up fee if you want a longer timeframe. Our great student deals were for summer memberships and the season is close to being over now.
      Thanks
      Robin

Our best deal right now is one year for 365.00. We have monthly options as well. You can take classes or use the cardio area or weight machines. 6. Lesa says:

Hi. I am looking at memberships for myself and my two daughters, aged 13 and 15. Do you offer discounts for multiple memberships in one household? Thanks.

    • robin says:

      Hello Lesa,

Thanks for your question. We were planning to launch new great family pricing in January but your question has inspired us to offer it starting now.

Family pricing is based on more than two related people residing at the same address. One or more adults must join with one or more children (13 or older). As a family of 3 interested parties, you would qualify.

Paid in full option is $999.00 for one year.

Payment plan option is $99.00 per month.

      Hope to see you soon.

I was just wondering about personal trainers. i like going to the gym but i find that i dont do a good workout because im not motivaited or challenging myself.

    • robin says:

      Hi Haley,

Your question is quite timely as we are just launching a new group of personal training and coaching packages. We have 5 certified trainers who would be very qualified to motivate and inspire you to get the most out of your workouts. Our website will be updated with the new packages within a week. We do have info at the gym that you can review though. There are fitness and weight loss coaching programs as well as packages of personal training sessions. We can work with you to determine which options will work best for you. Take a look at the Personal Training tab on the site for information on some of the trainers and existing options. It will be a good start.

Alternatively you can also try some of our fitness classes. They are all included in your membership and led by certified instructors. The group environment is fun and will help with motivation for sure.

      See you soon

      Robin

i have one last question, my gym membership for the month is due today, but im not sure if i want to do a trainer thing or not (i have to talk to my mom, she pays for it) but i dont want to start it until the new year, what happens with that now?

    • robin says:

      Hi Haley,

You can renew your membership early in the new year when you’re ready to start again. As I don’t have your last name I’m not sure which membership you have right now. We do have a great deal on a 3 month certificate on until December 24th. That membership starts whenever you redeem the certificate so might be a great option. Otherwise the one year deal at $365.00 is a great value. We can set you up with a trainer as soon as you’re ready. We have lots of great coaching and training options available.
      Have a great Christmas
      Robin

  10. Chris says:

Are you required to do any physical evaluation upon sign up?

    • robin says:

Hi Chris, sorry for the delay in responding.
You aren’t required to do a physical assessment to join. However you are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness form. There are specific health questions. If anything becomes an area of concern we recommend a PAR Med form be completed by your doctor. We do have some fitness coaching programs that may include a fitness assessment. However, it’s not mandatory.

      Robin
