PERSONAL TRAINING AND PROGRAM DESIGN

For those looking to take their workout to the next level! Personal training is based on one hour intense sessions with your trainer meant to challenge, motivate and create change. Sessions can be scheduled regularly for ongoing support or as single sessions for individual program design and updates.

Consider partner training to share the cost and have a buddy to workout with.

Small group training is easily organized for groups of 5 or less people with similar goals. Choose a time and choose a trainer. Workout together and have a blast. It’s a great concept for bridal parties or friends planning a trip together.

WEIGHT LOSS COACHING

Get off to a great start with our weight loss coaching program. This four week starter program will provide the basics you need in fitness and nutrition to lead to the path of success. Your coach will provide one-on-one sessions and daily support as you begin your wellness journey.

• 6 Coaching Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer
• Fitness Assessment
• Weekly weigh-in and measurements
• Ultrasound Body Fat scan
• Meal Planning concepts
• Weekly Food Diary Review
• Exercise Coaching and follow-up
• Unlimited email support
• Weekly seminar and group discussions
• Grocery shopping guidance
• Pantry purge
• Cooking tips and tricks

FITNESS COACHING

This strength and flexibility focused program will provide you with one-on-one fitness coaching with a certified personal trainer. The focus will be on you! You will learn exercise programs that will ensure you get results starting now.

Program may include the following over a 4 week period:

• 6 Coaching Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer
• Fitness Assessment
• Weekly weigh-in and measurements
• Ultrasound Body Fat scan
• Exercise Coaching and follow-up with homework workouts
• Unlimited email support
• Weekly seminar and group discussions

PERPETUAL FITNESS PROGRAM

When your beginner program is complete you can move right into our perpetual coaching program for ongoing motivation and support as you work towards your wellness goals.

Program may include the following over 4 week periods:

• 4 Coaching Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer
