Hi there,
Yes we do. Two in mens locker room and two in the ladies. Our lockers are free for day use or for 5.00 per month you can rent one and leave your things at the gym.
Come in for a tour and we can set you up with a one week free trial.

Hi there,
I was at the Scotiabank today and saw your sign advertising for student rates for the summer. I was wondering if you had a special rate for people on Ontario assistance who cannot afford the full adult rate. Can I get a week or two trial to see if I like it as I will be coming from Pefferlaw and want to make sure its the place for me before I buy.
I would also prefer not to be locked into a year contract because Im waiting for housing to become available in the Newmarket area and may not be living in Pefferlaw for 1 full year.
I recently (1yr ago) had gastric bypass surgery and lost 100lbs and now I need to tone up by adding exercise into my daily life.
I appreciate any suggestions you have to accommodate my financial concerns.

The best price right now is our summer rate. It’s for anyone…not just students. That membership is valid from the day you buy it until Labour Day. If you prefer to pay monthly, our rate is 39.97 with no contract.

We offer a one week trial with access during supervised hours. A membership is required for 24 hour access.

Hi, what types of exercise is involved in your circuit training classes?
Hi Melissa,
Each instructor brings their own experience and favourites to class. We do a variety of resistance exercises use dumbbells and body weight. Anything from squats and lunges to bicep curls and pushups. The cardio portion may include the spin bikes, skipping or burpees. Each class is different.
