My favourite style of training is weightlifting and Pilates. Fitness is truly my passion – I love seeing the progress in the people I train. Growing up my parents always made sure to keep me active and playing sports and that really is what pushed me into weightlifting and training. My dad is my biggest inspiration, he has been bodybuilding for 45+ years and he is the best workout partner around. Training people and sharing my knowledge and helping them reach their goals is the biggest reward, there is truly no better feeling.
